Mô tả công việc

1. Document control according to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949:

• Control document system of the company, build up processes, operation standards, working instructions, forms as ISO 9001 / IATF 16949

• Support the Quality manager QM to provide analysis data monthly.

• Support QM to implement the improvement program.

• Complete PPAP documents

• Trainer of internal training courses.

• Join internal audits, support external audits, and follow up on the implementation status of corrective actions.

• Support for handling non-conforming parts: With other departments, detect, give judgment, and follow the implementation status of handling non-conforming parts.

2. Supplier quality control:

• Quality management of suppliers and make a monthly quality report for suppliers.

• Yearly supplier audit

• Support for quality improvement project at the supplier side

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Understand and apply Quality Management system (IATF16949/ ISO9001).
  • Experience in quality control at suppliers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent specialized experience preferred.
  • Good office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
