- To provide suggestions to the Managing Director.
- To assist in the trainings organized to understand and develop quality awareness in the organization and to be a guide and follower in the practices.
- To fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the Environmental Officer job description within the scope of Environmental Management System studies.
- Within the scope of TS EN ISO / IEC 17025;
- Ensuring the creation and maintenance of laboratory system documentation.
- To report the activities carried out regarding the laboratory at the company's Management Review meeting.
- To work on the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the management system.
- Receiving and evaluating customer complaints within the scope of 17025, handling and finalizing the Non-Conforming Test Work, ensuring the evaluation of the Results of Customer Surveys
- Evaluating the observation findings in the audit results and taking actions
- To identify deviations that may occur during the performance of the management system and laboratory activities, and to initiate activities to prevent or minimize these deviations.
- To ensure the effectiveness of laboratory activities.
- Within the scope of Customer Quality studies;
- To announce and address automotive and other customer complaints within APVN, including identified new projects.
- Coordinating 8D studies.
- To ensure that urgent actions are taken, root cause analyzes are carried out, and permanent actions are determined and implemented.
- To ensure organization and accompany the customer during customer visits and inspections.
- Participating in FMEA studies.
- Ensuring that production and process controls meet customer requests.
- Participating in continuous improvement activities and supporting actions.
- Preparing weekly reports.
- To fulfill the duties assigned to him by the General Manager and Quality Manager.
