JOB SUMMARYThis role leads a team at the Milwaukee HT Vietnam factory, overseeing In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), and process quality support. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage IPQC and OQC to ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards.
• Support manufacturing process improvements, conduct failure analysis, handle non-conforming products, and implement effective corrective/preventive actions.
• Establish IPQC/OQC processes, including sampling plans, process audits, non-conformance handling, and data collection/analysis (Critical Features, DPPM).
• Address customer complaints, implement preventive measures, and verify their effectiveness.
• Maintain and optimize quality management systems (SOP, OI/WI) per ISO 9001 standards.
• Train team members to meet job requirements.

Collaborate with other departments to meet delivery schedules and production goals while maintaining quality standards.
