SQM
- Establish standards of work instructions for production and QC team.- Verify compliance with standards according to GMP, SSOP- Prepare documents, standard for HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, Halal, Costco certification audits.- Training workers, QC about standards, food safety awareness.- Periodically audit, and report of factory operations, to ensure compliance with regulations of ISO, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL, BRC and others
Customer complaint
- Resolve customer complaints.- Check storage conditions of products in the market.- Recommend improvement actions to reduce complaints.
Management TTS
- Receive and transfer TTS to relevant departments- Records document
DR report
-Follow and report when new product development.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
