QA Engineer (Base at Shenzhen or Donguan - Guangdong - China)

Nanoco Group (南都电气集团, Vietnam) is establishing a procurement and R&D office in China, focusing on supplier development, quality control, and product innovation for electrical, lighting, and home appliance products. We are looking for our first core team member to join us in the following position:

Procurement Engineer / Supplier Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate suppliers for electrical, lighting, and home appliance components;

• Participate in price negotiations and cost analysis to ensure product competitiveness and compliance;

• Conduct factory audits and quality inspections, and follow up on corrective actions;

• Work closely with the category management, R&D, and quality teams at our Vietnam headquarters;

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), including sample evaluation and engineering changes;

• Monitor and improve supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, cost, and compliance.

岗位职责
开发与评估电工、照明及家电零部件的供应商；
参与价格谈判与成本分析，确保产品具备竞争力并符合合规要求；
执行工厂审核、质量检验，跟进整改措施；
与越南总部的品类管理、研发、质量团队紧密合作；
支持新产品导入（NPI），包括样品评审与工程变更；
跟踪和提升供应商的交期、质量、成本及合规表现。

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields;

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supplier management in the electrical, lighting, or related industries;

• Familiar with quality standards such as ISO, CCC, CE, RoHS, etc.;

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills;

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally (including to the Vietnam headquarters).

本科及以上学历，工程、供应链或相关专业；
至少3年以上电工、照明或相关行业采购 / 供应商管理经验；
熟悉质量标准（ISO、CCC、CE、RoHS等）；
具备优秀的谈判、沟通和分析能力；
普通话和英语流利，能适应国内及海外出差（含越南总部）。
