Mô tả công việc

  • Order & Inventory Management: Efficiently update and maintain comprehensive records for all orders, payments, and received stock.
  • Supplier Evaluation & Contract Negotiation: Proficient in evaluating suppliers and skilled in negotiating contract terms during the collaboration process
  • Conduct thorough inspections of inventory, promptly addressing and reporting any defective items to ensure quality control.
  • Usage Analysis: Perform detailed evaluations of product usage results to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic sourcing decisions and optimize inventory management.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake a variety of other tasks as assigned, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process and supporting the overall goals of the organization.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Must minimal Bachelor's Degree. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • High level of communication & negotiation skills, good analytical & numerical skills, good organizational & planning skills and can work under pressure.
  • Confident, smart personality who will be responsible, energetic and friendly person.
  • Chineseis a must (Spoken & Written)
  • The ability to communicate in Chinese is considered a plus.
  • Able to join immediately will be an advantage.
