1. Annual Budget Planning & Implementation
Collaborate with Accounting to develop the department’s annual budget.
Submit for approval and ensure execution within approved limits.
Monitor expenditures and recommend adjustments when needed.
2. Procurement Management
Review and approve purchase requests and proposals submitted by staff.
Monitor procurement progress to ensure compliance with quantity, quality, and delivery timelines.
Resolve supplier-related issues and manage risks in the supply chain.
Evaluate and approve suppliers; maintain and update the list of strategic vendors.
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms based on purchase frequency and volume.
Source suppliers from international markets (especially China) to optimize cost and quality.
Handle import procedures in accordance with regulations.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Team Management
Assign tasks and evaluate team performance.
Provide coaching, training, and professional development for team members.
Review and adjust workforce plans based on business needs.
Propose internal changes such as transfer, promotion, commendation, or disciplinary actions.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials.
4. Other Duties
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
