 1. Assist in negotiating and working with partners for business development in different areas such as real estate, hospitality, commercial, retail, and leisure & entertainment etc.

2. Conduct market researches and make suitable proposals relating to the company’s projects.

3. Assist in project coordination among partners as well as the company’s functional units to ensure all related tasks to be completed within provided deadlines.

4. Summarize project information, update project journal & create report on project progress.

5. Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor, head of the department as well as head of the division

 * Knowledge:
- Bachelor Degree in economic & business administration
- At least 2 years of experience working for foreign companies / organizations.
+ Experience in the field of leisure & entertainment is an advantage
- Knowledge in construction investment projects and theme/ amusement parks is an advantage

* Skills:
- Proficient in English (4 skills), MS Suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
+ Being able to use MS Project is an advantage
- Information & data analysis skills
- Communication & team-working skills
- Time management & tasks arrangement skills
