Mô tả công việc

• Participate in managing, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of projects in the telecommunications/science and technology sector.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to review, appraise, and ensure legal compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle (contracts, legal documents, compliance with government regulations).
• Prepare, review, and archive legal documents related to projects, including contracts, appendices, memoranda of understanding, and cooperation agreements.
• Support in negotiating and drafting legal terms in contracts with partners and suppliers.
• Monitor and assess legal risks during project implementation, and propose preventive and corrective solutions.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, meeting minutes, and consolidating project data for submission to the Management Board.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and the legal department to ensure compliance and effective implementation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields; candidates with knowledge or experience in project management within technology, telecommunications, or data sectors are preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Executive/Legal Officer or Project Coordinator/Executive with involvement in legal aspects of project operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial, civil, and investment law, especially in the technology and telecommunications fields.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and legal risk assessment skills.
• Good time management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Preference given to candidates proficient in legal English and experienced in drafting and reviewing contracts in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
