- The team works with different third party partners where GrabPay PH sees opportunities for partnership synergies to ensure healthy payment ecosystem and use cases for Grab app users- card schemes, key accounts, service providers, etc.
- In addition, the team also supports and ensures that Grab business verticals (transportation, food, etc.) are well supported when it comes to payment ecosystem. This requires close working relationship with Grab verticals business heads and team and understand the need to improve its payment system.
Get to know the Role:
The role is significant in making sure that Grab PH business verticals are aligned in the overall payment strategy of GrabPay in terms of user experience and use cases.
The role entails the candidate to have:
1. Experience in product/ solutions development and management looking after the continuous improvement of a product/process and user experience
2. Can work well with different business verticals and tackle possible issues that may arise during the scoping stage.
3. Propose a solution and process that can work locally in efficient manner.
4. Building and managing partner relations. Forms and negotiates strategic partnership deals for GrabPay.
The day-to-day activities:
Functional
- Creates payment ecosystem build-up plans for Grab verticals
- Looks for third party partners who can help augment requirements for projects
- Develop a project plan and orchestrate implementation of projects
The must haves:
- 3-5 years work experience in card program and partner management
- Ability to draw flow charts, processes, and implementation plans
- Ability to orchestrate project team and ensure delivery of each stakeholders
- Financial services (non-bank) or system/ telco/ fintech aggregator
- Combined business and product management
