Production Supervisor

• Giám sát toàn bộ quy trình sản xuất để đảm bảo tỉ lệ lot out thấp, phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.

Oversee the entire production process to ensure low lot out ratio; coordinate with related team to resolve issues.

• Kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm trong từng công đoạn, phân tích nguyên nhân hàng lỗi và triển khai các biện pháp khắc phục hiệu quả.

Monitor product quality at each production stage, analyze defect causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

• Tổng hợp, phân tích số liệu chất lượng và sản xuất hàng tháng, báo cáo cho quản lý cấp trên và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến.

Compile and analyze monthly production and quality data; report to senior management and propose improvement plans.

• Quản lý, lưu trữ và cập nhật đầy đủ các tài liệu sản xuất, hướng dẫn công việc, biểu mẫu kiểm tra và quy trình vận hành.

Manage, store, and update production documents, work instructions, inspection forms, and operating procedures.​

• Đảm bảo nhân viên tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động và quy trình sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn công ty.

Ensure employees comply with workplace safety regulations and company production procedures.

• Tham gia các hoạt động cải tiến liên tục như Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing để tối ưu hóa hiệu quả sản xuất.

Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing to optimize production efficiency.

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, ưu tiên các ngành kỹ thuật hoặc sản xuất, QC.

College diploma or higher, preferably in Engineering or Production-related fields, QC.

• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật thành thạo.

Proficient in English or Japanese communication.

• Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành sản xuất.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry.

• Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt, khả năng phân tích và đưa ra phương án khắc phục hiệu quả.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and implement effective solutions.

• Kỹ năng thuyết trình và giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng trình bày rõ ràng và thuyết phục.

Good presentation and communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
