- Supervise the workshop area and team to run production- Keep discipline on shop floor- Make shift report- Work with PMC and Check plan to have arrangement resource.- Control operator work follow WI to ensure highest quality, quantity output.- Driving KPI ( 5S, safety, quality, delivery..)
- Control production area 5 leader with around 300 operators on shop floor, such as discipline- Cooperate with PMC team to make stable plan for team run production with high productivity, Follow up shipment schedule to delivery on time. (OTD).- Driving KPI safety, quality, quantity in shift.
