Get to know the Role:
We are looking for a Product Strategy Lead within the Grab Venture business. This role will lead our in-app communications strategy, user feedback and insights as well as our consumer app release cycles.
The ideal candidate for this role will bring infectious energy and a strong passion for the personal mobility space. She/he will make data-driven decisions, be capable of building strong working relationships with cross functional teams and delight in moving from ideas to tangible results. The top candidate will have a demonstrated history of understanding customer needs and keeping these needs in mind throughout the product life cycle. The Strategy lead will enable Product teams to build products that solve end to end, true customer problems. In this role we are responsible for the operationalization of the inbound and outbound processes and to provide tools, frameworks, research and analysis that streamline decision making.
The day-to-day activities:
Analyze markets, products, and competition for the purpose of shaping the product direction alongside Product Management and Design Leadership
Collaborate closely with Business and Product to set product adoption and revenue goals and develop plans to drive growth
Represent the product roadmap to internal stakeholders and external partners to drive product understanding and adoption
Partner with Marketing Communications, PR, and Regional Product Marketing to develop and drive go-to-market, content marketing, demand generation strategies through various channels
Coordinate with internal Grab marketing and content teams to deliver business results
Distill and surface the voice of the riders into product and design
The must haves:
BA/BS degree
MBA highly desired
5+ years of product marketing or product management experience
Experience in consumer-facing products
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment
Analytical skill including SQL and Tableau highly desired
Experience building and launching products, services, and standards
Demonstrated ability to size and prioritize market opportunities and build business cases to drive business strategy
Experience building and launching new product and services and leading go-to-market
Communication skills for technical, business, and external stakeholders
Record of setting organizational priorities and stakeholder alignment in a dynamic workplace
