Mô tả công việc

This role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing brand and product strategies (ranging from medical devices to high-end cosmetics), fostering medical and expert relationships, and supporting sales and brand communication activities to achieve the company's business goals.

  1. Brand & Product Strategy Development
    • Develop and define the Brand Portfolio strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
    • Develop a comprehensive product portfolio based on treatment and skincare protocols, from clinical to aesthetic applications.
    • Coordinate with consulting physicians and brands to create training materials and treatment protocols tailored to different regions and business models (Beauty Centers, chain systems, Spas...).
    • Optimize training materials to ensure relevance to target customer groups and product strategic direction.
  2. Product Management & Operations Execution
    • Work directly with existing and new brands to ensure the latest updates on product information, clinical reports, specifications, and protocols.
    • Validate medical content related to products, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date information, and compliance with legal regulations.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments (Legal, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain...) for product localization and market rollout.
    • Plan and execute new product pilot tests with target customer groups before launch.
    • Manage, analyze, and handle product complaints; periodically update product documentation and protocols.
  3. Medical Relations & Expert Partnerships
    • Build and manage relationships with the team of consulting physicians, medical lecturers, leading experts, hospitals, KOLs… (including contract signing, budgeting, and content collaboration).
    • Establish, manage, and develop the network of potential Medical Advisors, Speakers, and Medical Trainers.
    • Maintain interaction, update information, receive feedback, and provide care for strategic expert customers.
    • Manage the Product department's operational budget, track contracts, and handle payments to partners.
  4. Sales Support & Brand Communication
    • Research market trends, customer behavior, and update information from local and international conferences/workshops.
    • Evaluate key products/services of partners (EBD, medical devices, cosmetics...).
    • Organize product and protocol training for sales teams and partners.
    • Propose communication messages aligned with the product strategy, adjusting based on market and customer feedback.
  5. Inter-departmental Collaboration & Reporting
    • Collaborate with the regulatory department to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
    • Prepare and submit related reports as assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education/Major: Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Chemistry Technology).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.
    • Proven experience in the field of Medical Relations.
    • Deep understanding of the principles of medical relations, drug development, and regulatory requirements.
    • Experience in building and managing product portfolios, protocols, and training materials.
    • Knowledge of the medical, aesthetic, skincare, and high-end cosmetics fields is a significant advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English (for partner communication, reading medical documentation, leading delegations to international conferences, etc.).
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in M.O. software, Power BI... Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and job management tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strategic thinking with a clear business orientation.
    • Market, customer, and competitor analysis skills.
    • Project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
    • Communication, negotiation, and ability to work with experts and partners.
    • Leadership and team development skills.
    • Ability to quickly handle situations and solve problems.
