Product Manager - Marketplace

As a Partner Product Manager, you will be a key interface between the marketplace platform, consumer UIUX, internal and external partner teams, driving the roadmap and features for the GrabCycle Marketplace SDK to ensure best in class GrabCycle experiences across all partners.

You will work closely with external partners in bike sharing space. Internally, you will work with engineering, platform and other Grab teams to define and execute our strategy for what new products we support and what features we offer. This is a dynamic role with tremendous impact.

• Driving the evolution of the marketplace API and overall platform within larger architecture, product design, and planning processes

• Work with highly talented teams to execute the API and platform integration roadmap

• Lead projects that integrate external partners to launch rider experiences on GrabCycle

• Develop integration solutions and product requirements (both internal and external) that reflect user and business needs

• Collaborate with other Product teams, Business Development, Engineering, Design as relevant, coordinating internal resources and dependencies to execute partnerships on time

• Evaluate potential partners and projects for compatibility with our roadmap, and consumer experiences

• Help structure product integration plans and review integration and other technical elements of partner agreements

• Communicate requirements, plans, and project status within teams and throughout the organization, as well as with partners

• Define success metrics and analyze outcomes to inform process improvement and portfolio strategy

• Apply partnership lens to product roadmap to identify opportunities in product development

• Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and pursue the highest impact opportunities

• Be a master in cross-functional collaboration by developing deep relationships with key cross-functional partners across the company and coordinating with working teams

• Closely monitor and measure results

V. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications

• A degree in computer science or related field

• 5+ years experience with product development and product management

• Communicate effectively -- written and verbally -- across a diverse set of audiences, internally and externally.

• Experience working with external partners and cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with software and product development frameworks, agile workflows, and APIs

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Technical Skills

• Have deep familiarity with API and partner integration

Specific experience

• Have an aptitude and interest for presenting to partners, and motivating them to continuously improve the GrabCycle experience

• Have a demonstrated track record of leading cross-functionally and can actively solicit input but then confidently make a decision.

• Are comfortable working with ambiguity. This role is fast-paced, fluid, and will frequently evolve based on partner, strategy, and product priorities. Drive and anticipate.

• Are earnest, mature, and ego-free. You welcome candid feedback and can constructively give it as well.

• Experience working in a dynamic startup environment
