Product Executive

Product Executive (Cotton On, Body, Rubi, Typo)

Monitor stock, inventory, and sales:

• Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels;
• Master file management and implementation of pricing strategy
• Collect data, analyze, and monitor inventory on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with the decision-making process and executing the action plan with the Manager
• In charge of all product issues of Typo inline
• Handle all product plans for online, MKP channels: Cotton On, Body, Rubi, Typo
• Handle import procedures at Noi Bai airport for Typo, due to different operating systems, the process is complicated in terms of paperwork & deadline.
• Work closely with the Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Sell through management and market analysis
• Stock management control
• Develop requirements and evaluation standards
• Support in developing short and long-term inventory plans.

Support: Support the Product Manager and Brand Manager in requests.

• College, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant certificate
• At least 2 years of experience working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retail
• Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced team environment with strong computer skills. Excel is a must
• Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels
• Experience in a sales-driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Available for travelling.
