Product Executive (Fashion Retail)

Product

• Handle stock consolidation and internal transfers, following Finance procedures.
• Be responsible for stock allocation from the warehouse according to the VM calendar, with different assortments designed for each store/online platform, based on sales trends, customer behavior, special events, and display/stockroom capacity.
• Top up or return stock based on sales trends, store capacity, and VM changes.
• Follow up with the Principal and ensure on-time shipments according to the shipment plan, VM plan, and MKT plan.
• Handle payments to the principal according to the payment terms in the signed contracts, netting off with credit notes/debit notes (if any).
• Prepare Masterfile before shipments arrive and update Masterfile periodically.
• Consolidate defect reports from all stores and send to the principal, following the defect claim guidelines.
• Verify worn products from customer complaints, propose solutions (exchange/discount), and report to the Manager.
• Write off approved defects in accordance with company and principal guidelines, in coordination with the Audit and Finance teams.
• Cooperate with the Operations team to ensure stock in/out follows company procedures and matches Finance team/system records.
• Together with the Operations team, ensure the information printed on labels/tags is correct and complies with Government and Company regulations.
• Order product tags/discount tags/labels from the warehouse team for the retail team.
• Support stock verification at the warehouse when necessary.
• Work with IT/Finance to set up promotions in the system.
• Prepare stock-out items for staff uniforms.
• Handle buy-back procedures with the Retails team/Logistics/Warehouse and Principal.

Report

• Inventory reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual (stock on hand, months on hand).
• Sell-through and best/worst sellers reports.
• Shipment and defect reports.
• Report for buying: Size ranking, color ranking, deep-dive analysis by gender/division/category/ subcategory/fit/seasonality/key looks).
• Other reports required for Product/Buying analysis (if any).

Support

• Support the Senior Product Executive and Brand Manager in request.

• College or Bachelor’s degree, or a relevant professional certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience; candidates with experience in fashion retail are preferred.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent Excel skills are required.
• Strong data processing and analysis skills.
