Objective:
Develop and manage new footwear models, ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and a balance between design intent, cost targets, and manufacturing expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge of communication between Adidas HQ, LOD, and HSCC for new model development.
Take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle: from receiving the brief → developing the sample → completing packaging.
Follow up on the sample-making schedule at development stages to ensure samples are shipped to customers on time.
Guarantee product excellence before shipment.
Collaborate with related teams: Tech Team (upper & tooling), engineers, materials, costing, and sample room for new models.
Ensure balance between design concept, cost goals, and production requirements.

Job Requirements:
College degree or higher (preferably in footwear, engineering, or production management).
Experience in the footwear/shoe-making industry.
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Careful, proactive, and highly responsible.
