Leading product development: Overseeing the entire product development process, from concept generation, packaging design, to commercialization and beyond
Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working with technical, marketing, sales, and R&D, etc. to drive product initiatives
Defining product vision and strategy: Ensuring products meet market needs and align with the company's goals by identifying market trends, consumer needs, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Managing timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
Monitoring product performance post-launch and incorporating feedback into future development
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development in the food and beverage, FMCG industry.
Proven track record of leading successful product development initiatives.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, organization and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of local market dynamics and consumer preferences.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in Vietnam.
