Being the product consultant, you’ll need to recommend...well...products! After forming such an unbreakable bond (best friends, remember?), the client will be looking to you for the best remedies to ease their pain.
Being BFFs means you’ll be taking extra care of this special relationship for some time to come, making sure both parties are happy.
Working with QC to verify that all requirements comes to live in a traceability manner among requirements, CR and implementation.
