Procurement Specialist (Chinese & English) - Purchasing Firm/ Indirect - 30M - An Phú, Thủ Đức

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing of goods and services, including IT software, IT hardware, F&B, Marketing services, facility services, and other professional services. The role will ensure cost-efficiency, supplier quality, and compliance with internal procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing process for indirect categories
• Develop supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policy and ethical standards
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements
• Initiate and upkeep price data, vendor data
• Other tasks to be assigned by manager.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Fluent in Chinese and English ; good communication and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement or purchasing firm
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of procurement tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
