Mô tả công việc

  • Lead, develop, and optimize the pricing and margin management system for the entire Circa pharmacy chain (including both Own Stores and Franchise Stores) in alignment with company strategy.
  • Apply AI, data analytics, and automation tools to design and implement intelligent pricing formulas and modern pricing models (e.g., dynamic pricing, pricing optimization).
  • Regularly conduct market and competitor price benchmarking, identify pricing opportunities and margin risks, and proactively propose optimization solutions.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to stay updated on cost changes, market trends, and sales data, ensuring pricing policies remain competitive and effective.
  • Build, maintain, and control master price lists across the network, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and present periodic price and margin analysis reports; provide actionable recommendations for management.
  • Train and support the operations team on pricing processes and compliance principles.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 03 years experience in pricing, data analytics, revenue management, or pricing automation in Retail / Pharmaceutical chain or FMCG. 
  • AI knowledge / automation, or data-driven algorithms to develop and optimize pricing formulas or market analysis.
  • Proficient in data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and pricing automation platforms.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and proactive attitude with the ability to propose and implement new solutions.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; high integrity and adherence to data confidentiality and process compliance.
