Planning and following up operation plan
- Follow up storage plan to arrange receiving cargo during discharging
- Plan and follow up delivery plan as efficient ways of WH space utilization with safety.
- Plan manpower schedules and time attendance for employees weekly/ monthly.
- Plan equipment for operation
Monitoring of daily receiving/ delivery /cleaning
- Direct workforce to ensure delivery/ receiving/bagging correct cargos as orderly & properly
- Supervise work flow in shift include receipt/delivery cargo, hygiene and cleaning works.
- Timely make decision to solve the bottle necks in operation
- Guide & supervise staff to implement assigned work safely, productively and effectively
- Making decision to solve incidence/obstacles in daily operation to ensure all activities in order
Coordination
- Well co-operation with Port team for fluent discharging and delivery to minimize unnecessary pause time
- Coordinate with other sections to arrange barge/truck receiving cargo such as Port CS Team, Vessel operation staff
- Ensure internal control procedures are properly implemented
- Not allowed to cause any loss, damages or mistake of cargo, materials due to poor control or mishandling
- Initiate to implement the preventive measures to secure the inventories
Reports
- Consolidate and checking delivery/receiving shift report
- Consolidate and check Time keeping record for whole staff
- Record any abnormalities related to machineries, equipment interruption, etc. during the working shift
Monitoring, enforcing hygiene & cleaning practices and safety implementation
- Maintain good hygiene and cleaning practices
- Ensure the safety rules well-implemented & well-observed without any accidents
- Conduct safety requirement & guide workers follow the company guidelines & regulation and well supervising to prevent violation
Equipment Control
- Regularly check & control equipment & machineries to ensure the best availability
- Timely inform Manager/ Maintenance dept. for taking action if any abnormalities of machineries occurred
- Not allowed to cause any damages or loss due to negligence or bad control or mishandling
