Get to know the role:Work closely with Fleet manager and team member, support function, providing operational and system support, to ensure operational process, efficiencies cost resolve related customer issues with highest satisfaction standard.Key day to day responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance and repair with standard process, quality and lead time
- Attain lowest cost but maintain quality for the vehicle maintenance
- Ensure solution process for emergency support.
- Ensure proper document control process (New and renewal document compliance standard)
- Well process and control in check point activities
- Proactive communicate with Check point, network partner, intern and intra department and divisions related
- Good communication with government related (if needed)
The must have:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Experience as Pool Head in related industries (Car rental, Taxi) minimum 10 years experience
- Experience to manage more than 10 point of operation or sub pool
- Able to manage vehicle documents compliance
- Fleet operation management
- Excellence in MS Office
- Car maintenance technical skill (General repair/engine, and Body Paint)
- Well known of spare parts aftermarket and supply
- Well known of inventory control
- Strong leadership skill, experience to lead more than 40 persons
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills
