Tiki is seeking an aggressive, results-oriented leader to lead the platform operations reporting to Director of
Marketplace - The core part to ensure our vision of most trusted shopping platform. In addition to defining,
developing, and driving the road-map to improve operations effectiveness and efficiency, you will be
responsible for customers and sellers trust which play a critical role in our business success. As part of this
role, you will work with peer category leaders, supply chain teams, and product managers in charge of
process, policy, product to improve consumer experience, sellers experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Decide seller scoring and policy to managing overall sellers operational
- performance to ensure customer experience when shopping on Tiki.
- Overviewing customer/seller experiences and analyzing seller ratings, customer
- and seller NPS, content rules and operation efficiencies.
- Working on Key projects with Supply Chain Team to improve Tiki logistics service
- provided for sellers and improve service to customers.
- Driving strategic initiative to improve Tiki Sellers quality, performance and ratings.
- Defining, enforcing and optimizing platform processes and policies to operate at
- the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitoring and reviewing the success of implementations on a continuous basis.
