I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

Demand Planning

• Maintain a baseline forecast.
• In collaboration with Sales Furniture, Finance and Operations during the S&OP meetings to reach a consensus rolling demand forecast for all Markets & Channels for both Existing and New products.
• Ensure demand forecast data is correctly submitted to systems for a single source of truth purpose.
• Track, review and quick re-act to abnormality of actual sale trends for both retail and wholesale channels.
• Monitor Forecast Accuracy Metrics and drive continuous improvement

Supply Planning

• Order planning with key stakeholders to meet defined objectives under budget/ capacity constraints.
• Ensure smooth and accurate Replenishment and PO placement processes. Also, pursue continuous improvement for such processes.
• Create supply scenarios to prepare reaction plans for each of the demand/supply variations.
• Participated in Productions and Capacity planning with Sourcing/ vendors to ensure total Supply plans are well met.
• Participate automation projects in the current scope of work with related departments to increase productivity and reduce manual errors.
• Leading SLOB clearance activities with the Sales Furniture team to ensure healthy inventory turnover.

Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

• Project Participation: Actively participate as a member of cross-functional IBP projects aimed at integrating demand and supply planning processes.
• Alignment: Ensure alignment between strategic business objectives and operational plans.
• Performance Measurement: Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IBP initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall planning process.

Process, Documentation,Analytics and Projects

• Oversee team’s deep dive analysis on specific issues and topics for insights to apply continuous improvements.
• Participate in projects impacting Supply Chain which are initiated by direct report and its entity.
• Standardize and document all processes of the team and officially introduced to related stakeholders and BOD.
• Govern Changelogs of SOP/ Documents/ Reports of the team with all related stakeholders to ensure transparency.
