Get to know the role:Planning & Analytic Senior Associate will handle Operational Data Base, consist of Reporting, Incentive & Performance Calculation, and System Set Up, and building Data Infrastructure Model.
Day to day activities:- Running Performance Report
- Incentive & Performance Calculation
- Setting Performance Parameter in System
- Build Database system compact to Business Needs
The must haves:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in data management
- Has an experience in managing data operational and build data analytic
- Good analytical skills and turns it into business insight
- Proactive and able to work in fast paced dynamic working environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
