TPI – Planning & Analytic Department is responsible in determine the Company Strategic through Data and Business Performance. This Department will drive the Objective Key Result to the Operational Level, Providing Analytical Data, and create road map for company strategy
The day-to-day activities:
Define and Standardize the Operational Objective Key Result
Establish Monitoring Report and Data Flow
Validate and Reporting Performance Number
Do the Business Analyst by forecast the risk and p&l projection
Operational Support : Incentive Validation, Adhoc Data Request
The must haves:
S1
High capabilities in operating Microsoft Excel (Pivot Level, H/VLookup, Sum If)
Strong in the Data Logic Calculation and Definition
Good at organizing data documents
Able to build data flow and report & monitoring system
Has an experience in managing Corporate Level Big Data
Preferable from background Risk or Quality
Has an experience in managing Corporate Level Big Data minimum 3 years experience
