1. Color panel data management and Finishing code analysis

• Perform daily updates of new color panel data in the master files to ensure accuracy and currency.

• Analyze and provide finishing color codes for all clients, finalizing official item codes to be updated in the RSC/BOM and all relevant systems.

• Control finishing data system.

• Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of finishes—including color codes, SKUs, customers, collections, and studio photographs—and upload the information to the SharePoint l Finish Library.

• Libraries management entails a lot of things, such as organizing, controlling, and monitoring the library's performance to boost productivity.

2. Functional Assistant

• Acting as the first point of contact between line manager and internal/external departments.

• Support in mutual communication/ translation between management and the team during working hours.

• Providing administrative support such as drafting internal memo, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

• Book meeting and taking meeting minutes.

• Reminding line manager of important tasks and deadlines.

• Undertakes other tasks as requested by line manager.

• Education: College/ University
• English level: Fluency in English is required.
• Strong query and computing skills with relational databases (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong translation skills
• Document and Report Preparation
