[PC - HCMC] SALES OPERATION EXECUTIVE

JOD DESCRIPTIONS

• To receive and consolidate orders/ sales planning from the dealers and internal department.
• To be in charge of all sales administration work for sales operation.
• To work closely with factory/ distributor in order to follow production/ import/ shipment schedule.
• To work closely with Dealer Sales Department in order to provide regularly to the Managers accurate report on activities in sales & deliveries.
• To follow up all sales campaigns with the dealer; to consolidate its feed backs and results.
• To follow day to day management of the team. To support the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
• To manage and control of all sales contracts and consignments.
• Other job related to sales transactions assigned by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or related.
• At least 1 year in sales admin or sales operation experience.
• Being careful, detail-oriented, and keen on working with figures.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both in oral and writing skills.
• Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.

Other information:

• Location: Dist.2, HCMC
• Salary: $500 - $600
• Period of probation: 2 months
• Working time: Monday-Saturday, from 8:00 to 17:00 (two monthly Saturday off)
• Training occasion: According to job
