Responsible for Aftersales Operation of BMW & MINI
To ensure a high level of Service Market Exploitation (SME) and loyalty through offering high quality repairs and customer care.
Implementing and pushing through the measures relating to SME, service loyalty, parts, accessories and workshop turnover, as well as guaranteeing a high quality of customer care
Analysing the Aftersales market potential and its level of exploitation
Applying, implementing and checking Aftersales Marketing and competition measures with regard to BMW AG campaigns and specific market conditions
Defining a range of Aftersales services offered by the individual dealership and oriented towards the appropriate target groups, with consideration for the competitive environment
Carrying out internal workshop audit and quality measures, and implementing improvement measures in order to improve Aftersales quality
Organizing/monitoring and evaluating internal Aftersales key figures in the dealership
Other duties as assigned.

Location: Dist.2, HCMC
Period of probation: 2 months
Working time: Monday-Saturday, from 8:00 to 17:00 (two monthly Saturday off)
