Get to know the Role :

B2B Partnerships Strategy

  • Lead Generation Partnerships: Small-medium companies
  • Key Account Management: Top Conglomerates / Partners
  • Marketing Partnerships: Brand Awareness | Engagement | Monetization
  • Ability to up-sell, cross-sell Grab’s solutions to B2B clients/partners at scale

Performance Tracking / Sales Cadence

  • Measure & track the performance of key partners and Grab for Business’ clients
  • Manage sales pipeline, provide regular reporting and forecasting to management
  • Set up robust performance metrics for direct reports
  • Adopt a data-centric approach in all strategies and partnerships’ approaches
  • Manage P&L, responsible for regional quarterly targets

Team Management

  • Oversee all people management aspects from building highly motivated sales/sales operations teams, hiring/retaining the best, resource planning, coaching/providing guidance.
  • Provide a conducive and progressive team environment for growth and learning.
