- Key Account Management: Top Conglomerates / Partners
- Marketing Partnerships: Brand Awareness | Engagement | Monetization
- Ability to up-sell, cross-sell Grab’s solutions to B2B clients/partners at scale
Performance Tracking / Sales Cadence
- Measure & track the performance of key partners and Grab for Business’ clients
- Manage sales pipeline, provide regular reporting and forecasting to management
- Set up robust performance metrics for direct reports
- Adopt a data-centric approach in all strategies and partnerships’ approaches
- Manage P&L, responsible for regional quarterly targets
Team Management
- Oversee all people management aspects from building highly motivated sales/sales operations teams, hiring/retaining the best, resource planning, coaching/providing guidance.
- Provide a conducive and progressive team environment for growth and learning.
