The Partnerships Manager is responsible for aligning multiple stakeholder interests in creating value, sustaining growth & mitigating risks.
Applicants must demonstrate exemplary project & contract management, negotiation, market research, partnership structuring skills to optimize synergies
Specifically, the role will oversee partnership & business development efforts of the business
This role requires excellent communication skills to stay highly-aligned with multiple cross-functional teams within the organization & with external partners
The Partnerships Manager is a people-person skilled at strategy, planning & execution with keen business sense.
Drive the data insights by working with the Insights team to build a framework to derive understanding of the industry, market trends and use that information effectively.
The must haves:
Degree Holder
Fluent in written and spoken English
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar account management / business development role
Ability to navigate and manage complex contracts & partnership arrangements
Proficiency in MS Office, analytics/database-related software/skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and is self-motivated
One who is willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities for one’s actions.
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments.
Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with partners.
