The Indonesia Partnership Strategy team supports the Business Development Director and team by developing quarterly and biannually strategies and road maps, setting the framework for the Business Development (BD) department to pursue. By assessing the market and partnership landscape, the team develops strategies and also PMO the executions to bring in significant impact and contribution to the overall Grab corporate objectives
Get to know the Role:
- Support the formulation of the partnership strategy for the BD department based on clear understanding of Grab corporate objectives, issue framing, conceptual thinking and rigorous analyses
- Own the Project Management Office (PMO) function to ensure partnerships dealing, execution, and projects implementation are running effectively and timely
The day-to-day activities:
- PMO BD partnerships dealing, execution, and project implementation
- Support with the development of quarterly and biannually strategies development, involving a lot of internal alignments and interactions
- Support the BD team in gathering insights and learnings about past projects and partnerships, involving both qualitative and quantitative understanding and analysis
- Assist in putting the above strategies and insights into structured, conceptualized, clear decks to be presented to the BD director and other Grab senior management
- Help align with different verticals across the Company to prevent silo
- Support with other ad hoc requests and analysis
The must haves:
- Bachelor's degree with good honours from a top tier university
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Highly comfortable in an semi-structured environment and organisation that changes frequently
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving/ decision-making skills
- Enjoy working with GoogleSlides and GoogleSheets
- Comfortable with working with raw data and able to present it in a meaningful way
- A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
- Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- 2 to 4 years total work experience, experience in strategy/ management consulting/ planning is an asset
