RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be overall responsible for a team looking at driver quality, engagement & support
Partner Quality
- Training and continuous education of driver-partners
- Enforcement and continuous improvement of GrabCar’s driver-partner quality management procedures
- Plan & create programmes to improve service standards of GrabCar driver-partners
Partner Engagement & Insight
- Manage a significant driver-partner engagement budget based on data-driven assessment of economic and strategic ROIs of driver incentive programs
- Develop and manage a driver-partner loyalty program
- Lead ongoing driver engagement efforts (e.g. planning & executing events)
Partner Support
- Ensure driver payments are timely & accurate
- Resolve disputes, conflicts and incidents involving driver-partners
As a team lead, you will also:
- Manage & direct daily team operations
- Supervise, coach & manage the team to ensure outstanding performance
- Report to management on team’s performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years’ experience in leading a team
- Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen, with a highly analytical & data-driven approach to problem solving
- Process oriented background, with high attention to detail
- A start-up attitude – willing to be very hands-on, and work hard to get things done
- Able to think out of the box and challenge status quo
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior CRM / consulting / finance / analytics / transportation industry experience would be an added advantage
