Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible to design programs to win back, reward and retain drivers in order to increase driver service experience. Also, develop and manage knowledge center that can be used for all touchpoint to address inquiries related to driver and passengers as one stop information
The day-to-day activities:
- Evaluate running program results and optimize as needed
- Analyze customer satisfaction Index Performance
- Create ad-hoc projects and initiatives that bring about change or improve drivers' performance and in coordination with other related parties or departement
- Controlling & Monitoring Internal Budget Partner Engagement Department
- Support & Collect Data to Department performance
- Support admin internal department
The must haves:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Business studies/Administration/Management, or any related field
- Min. 1 year related working experience in the related field
- Detail oriented, able to work as a team and individual
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Creative and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
- Can work under pressure, professional
- Strong customer focus & attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and team player
- Proficient with Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
