Partner Engagement is to manage engagement with drivers. The team need to be able to create a quick wins and long term strategy to accelerate growth of rides through the engagement plan and strategy. The team need to also have the muscle skills to execute the strategy in timely manner
Get to know the Role:
- Fully responsible on providing relevant analytics and/or data to support Partner Engagement team improving engagement quantity and quality with driver
- You will be expected to do data gathering, analysis, and presentation
The day-to-day activities:
- Accountable to provide relevant analytics and/or data to support PE team
- Accountable for data gathering, analysis, and presentation for PE related matters
- Support City Manager to ensure high retention rate & increase partners LTV
- You will make sure our level of service quality to both Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
The must haves:
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good in written and spoken English
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
- Experience in strategy and consulting
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
- Minimum 1 or 2 years (including internship experience)
