Get to know the Role:
Supporting Partner Supply Manager to execute acquisition strategy and initiatives to acquire more GrabFood drivers and to identify improvement initiatives opportunities to help improve acquisition performance.
The day-to-day activities:
Responsible for the end-to-end driver acquisition process
Prepare, maintain and monitor driver acquisition process and guidelines and its implementation in cities
Identify driver needs to close the gap between supply and demand
Develop daily and weekly drivers acquisition performance report and insights
Monitor drivers acquisition performance to identify issues and propose initiatives to solve bottlenecks
Help Partner Supply Manager to implement drivers acquisition strategy and initiative developed with city
Responsible for the implementation of acquisition strategy and initiatives to achieve optimum order allocation in different cities / areas
The must haves:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field. 1-3 years of experience in operation or sales
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Good in written and spoken English
Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint).
Passion for food delivery business
Self-starter who can take high ownership on the job with minimum direction
A highly driven person who also can lead a team
Ability to define business process and propose improvement initiatives
Excellent communication skills
Strategic thinker but also can manage business operations
