Get to know the Role:
- Analyse trends and results of each channel on a periodic basis, identifying root cause of non-performance and providing recommendations on how to boost performance.
- Motivate team members to achieve goals and targets set for them
- Manage and actively monitor Grab service offerings (eg. GrabCar, GrabBike) Recruitment channels, including online (digital ads, job postings) and offline initiatives
The day-to-day activities:
- Strategizes and creates driver acquisition programs and initiatives on both online and offline channels
- Ensures smooth implementation of driver acquisition programs to hit monthly and quarterly targets
- Creates and streamlines driver acquisition process
- Ensures all channels are being monitored and converted by acquisition team to hit monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitors all driver acquisition programs to achieve business objective
- Handles driver acquisition and telesales operations and staff
- Work with different departments on any adhoc acquisition projects
The must haves:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Sales or related field.
- 3-5 years working experience
- Very good English proficiency
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Passion and energetic
- Excel in a fast-paced environment
- Thrive in a team environment, but can work independently as well
