Get to know the Role:
Planning and executing all acquisition activities to build & grow the supply base of the company. Acquisition activities include but not limiting to on-ground activation, events, malls & kiosk sign ups.
The day-to-day activities:
- Build mechanism and system for providing sustainable numbers for Gold drivers sourcing and do the PDCA for the mechanism
- Lead and improve the process of on-ground activation to ensure Gold driver sign ups can be delivered in optimal volumes and in the most efficient manner
- Plan and organize partner sign up events with detailed proposal from timeline, logistics, process & budgets to achieve acquisition target
- Manage the database for Gold driver candidates
- Develop Analytical comparison on competitor and its counter measure to improve the Gold Drivers Leads
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the proposition of the Grab platform for Gold drivers
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve supply utilization and improve the attractiveness of becoming a Gold driver
The must haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Good in written and spoken English
- Strong customer focus & attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft excel skill
- Familiar with acquisition channels and able to put on a thinking cap to improve process flows
- Experience in the Database customer/ marketing/ Sales related, in Car Rental, Taxi, Leasing, Banking or Fleet Management industry
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
- At least 4 – 7 years of experience working on front-facing customer/partner related jobs
