Get to know the Role:

  • Assist the operations team in defining and building the GrabPay operations from scratch.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, formalize and execute processes around merchant and consumer acquisition and onboarding.
  • Execute on BAU processes and solve non-BAU issues as they surface.
  • Continually strive to further improve GrabPay process efficiencies.
  • Ability to be flexible and support other roles as necessary is valued.

  • Strong communication skills—able to understand and execute on various stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills—able to identity key trends quickly.
  • Curious and is a go-getter.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Define and build operational work flows for GrabPay from scratch; continue to execute on BAU processes and tackle non-BAU issues as they arise.
  • Get familiar with measurements and data points across process flow—able to identify issues and potential points for improvement.
  • Able to communicate ideas, suggestions, opinions, and issues clearly and efficiently.
  • Merchant communication is expected.
  • This role requires the individual to work well with internal and external parties.


The must haves:

  • 2 years working experience in operations or operations related work.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (words, power point and excel).
  • Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Experience working with internal and external parties.
  • Experience in developing and executing business operations.
  • Experience in a fast paced work environment.
