The day-to-day activities:
- Lead payment operation works in partnership projects between Moca and Bank/Partners.
- Develop contents of partnership agreements covering risks, reconciliation & settlement;
- Work closely with software development teams to build reconciliation & settlement reports and tools;
- Coordinate and conduct testing activities of payment operation functions;
- Lead payment operation works in projects building new products and upgrades;
- Lead testing activities of payment operation functions in all product/upgrade projects;
Requirements:
Personal qualities
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700 or equivalent);
- Ability to work independently and work under high pressure;
- Planning skills and time management skills;
Qualifications
- University degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or equivalent;
- At least 03 years of experience in card payment/e-banking/e-payment operations, in banks or e-payment firms;
- Project management skills and strong teamwork skills preferable;
- Experience in card systems projects preferable;
- Solid understanding payment flows and risk issues in card payment and e-payment;
