GrabAds is bringing to market innovative, first-of-a-kind advertising products. Encompassing both offline & online, you can see our ads platform at work on the outside & inside of vehicles and also in our app. What you can’t see is the data that powers the ads and pretty much everything else at Grab. We’re leveraging our unique data and large, growing user base to offer an advertiser experience like no other. At the same time, we’re creating value for our users, drivers & merchant partners.

Get to know the Role:

As an ops executive, you will support the Ad Sales team and Head of Ads in executing client advertising campaigns. For our fleet-based campaigns, you will coordinate all driver-facing activities and work directly with vendors & partners to ensure proper installation & removal of ad campaigns. For online campaigns, you will support with collecting creative assets & client requirements


The day-to-day activities

  • Optimize and improve existing fleet ad ops process and ensure smooth operations for all campaigns.

  • Plan, coordinate and execute campaigns by liaising with sales teams/clients, production vendors, partners and internal teams to ensure healthy fleet utilisation year-round.

  • Lead the end-to-end GrabAds driver-partner experience from sign ups, scheduling, participation payouts to resolving disputes.

  • Facilitate colour-proofing prior to campaign launch and prepare interim/end campaign reports for clients.

  • Manage client billings and relationship with suppliers.

  • Manage the partnerships that drive our in-car digital display business-- reviewing creative submissions against guidelines, schedule management, facilitating scale-up plans as well as monthly reporting and billing.

  • Identify and implement ideas to grow the business, increase efficiency or cost savings, as well as new advertising formats across Grab’s verticals.


​The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 1-3 years work experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

  • A track record of high performance, accustomed to working against measurable targets and OKRs

  • Experience working with driver-partners (or independent workers on a tech platform) is a strong plus

  • A strong team player and excellent communicator

  • Self-motivated and comfortable with taking ownership of operationalising all offline fleet campaigns.

  • Good at building and maintaining smooth relationships with multiple stakeholders within the team, the company and across other organisations.

  • A proactive problem solver, always on the lookout to identify areas for improvements.
