Get to know the Role:
- Analyse trends and results of each channel on a periodic basis, identifying root cause of non-performance and providing recommendations on how to boost performance.
- Motivate team members to achieve goals and targets set for them
- Manage and actively monitor Grab service offerings (eg. GrabCar, GrabBike) Recruitment channels, including online (digital ads, job postings) and offline initiatives
The day-to-day activities:
- Work closely with the management team and key stakeholders to solve wide ranges of business challenges from existing operational issues, to developing plan of new exciting projects
- Deliver operations initiatives from strategy through execution with support from managers and peers
- Provide data analysis to support decision making in improving many aspects of Grab’s operations
- Develop yourself to be able to manage new tasks and acquire new skills, through our culture of continuous learning from our peers and projects on hand
The must haves:
- Strong academic record from blue chip / top tier institutions
- At least 1 year working experience, or fresh graduate with strong internship, research, and extra curriculum
- Proven active participation in extra curriculum and/or work experience demonstrating leadership and management experience
- Strong analytical, decision making skills, and being familiar with tools such as MS Excel
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Excellent English proficiency
- Demonstration of eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm to withstand fast-paced environment
- Thrive in a team environment, as well as being to work independently
