Analyse trends and results of each channel on a periodic basis, identifying root cause of non-performance and providing recommendations on how to boost performance.
Motivate team members to achieve goals and targets set for them
Manage and actively monitor Grab service offerings (eg. GrabCar, GrabBike) Recruitment channels, including online (digital ads, job postings) and offline initiatives
The day-to-day activities:
Prepare weekly report to management on channel performance and subsequent action plans
Complete weekly operational tasks in a timely manner.
