Operations Associate

Get to know our Team:

• Monitor performance metrics on driver operations processes from application reviewing, document collection and driver account activation

• Conduct process mapping, analyze performance data, identify inefficiency gaps, recommend action plans & initiatives to improve driver acquisition throughput 

• Identify the parameters to track process improvements and create monitoring criteria. The parameters can include input and output criteria, training, testing, methodologies, reviews, etc.

• Coordinate with verticals to plan operations capacity that ensures revenue growth target is met

• Create tracking dashboards to present performance to the management

• Implement regional projects to improve driver quality, standards and safety on the platform

• Optimize operational processes from upstream to downstream to improve efficiency and productivity

The must haves:

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• SQL and Tableau proficiency is a plus
