Operation Supervisor (ITL FM - Laos)

1. Oversee day-to-day operations related to air freight, customs brokerage, domestic trucking, and cross-border trucking activities.

2. Manage and coordinate with local outsourced vendors to ensure service quality and timely execution.

3. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of documentation, including shipping documents, customs papers, and delivery records.

4. Monitor billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timely submission to partners and customers.

5. Handle pricing activities by coordinating with vendor and relevant teams to develop competitive and strategic rates to support Sales Dept increasing win ratio and securing new business opportunities.

6. Control and track P&L performance of operations to ensure profitability and cost control.

7. Control the department’s annual budget to ensure that revenue and cost are aligned with the approved plan.

8. Prepare reports and updates for management on operational performance, issues, and improvements.

9. Take responsibility for other operational or administrative tasks as assigned related to Laos-side activities.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations, with exposure to air freight, customs clearance, and trucking services.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics practices, especially between Laos and neighboring countries.
• Experience working with and managing outsourced vendors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software; familiarity with systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
