Get to know our Team:
Operation Excellence team mostly work on the on boarding process. Our team create SOP, manage end-to-end on-boarding process across Indonesia (from started registration until they are activated as Grab Driver). We make improvement to the current on boarding process and share to all cities around the country
Get to know the Role:
- Manage daily operation of acquisition process, including registration, reviewer, and telemarketing team.
- Manage and create SOP with regards to on-boarding process.
- Manage and handle special project in order to improved quality of new drivers.
The day-to-day activities:
- Drafting new SOP/revising current SOP as per improvement of our process
- Doing special project (if any)
- Able to manage people to do the day to day task (handling telemarketing team started from KPI, allocation, target completion, and follow up completion on-boarding of driver process until activated.
- Trouble shoot daily operation of registration team
The must haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Strong team work skill, Can work under pressure, creative, and critical thinking
- Min 2 years work experience
