We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Online Commercial Manager to drive online commercial efforts for the leading mom & baby omnichannel retailer in Vietnam. This role will focus on leading strategy and execution across multiple online channels, including web/app, marketplace, livestream, and O2O (Online-to-Offline).
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement online commercial strategy aligned with business goals to maximize sales and profitability for web/app, marketplace, O2O, and livestream with consistent customer proposition across channels
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior in the mom & baby sector to inform product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement across all online channels
Sales and Performance Management:
- Monitor ecommerce sales performance, identify trends, and implement actions to achieve revenue targets
- Lead online promotional campaigns and seasonal sales tailored to individual channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with commercial team to ensure competitive and sustainable assortment, pricing and promotion across online platforms
- Develop relationship with key partners and suppliers to ensure consistent revenue and income growth
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align digital campaigns, product development, and operational efforts with commercial objectives
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, margin, and customer metrics
- Create and present detailed performance reviews and recommendations to senior management
